The Label
Committed to the creation, production, and worldwide marketing and distribution of quality rock music.
Artist Rock Records was founded by Mike Trabulsie to release his own body of work on his own terms — written, performed, recorded, produced and mastered in house.
It is an artist-run imprint rather than a traditional label. There is no A&R department and no wide roster. What there is instead is a studio, a catalogue, and complete control over how the records sound and when they arrive.
The records are made in the same building they are released from.
That model has a long history in rock music, and it exists for a reason: a record made without a committee sounds like the person who made it. Everything on this label was finished before it was announced.
